Stars glam up the movie premieres... or not

Before Angelina Jolie's right leg took over the universe since Oscar night, she was already putting her best foot forward elsewhere.

Specifically, on the non-stop promotional rounds for the 36-year-old Hollywood superstar's directorial debut In The Land Of Blood And Honey.

Not that there's such a thing as too much Angelina Jolie though.

In fact, she was on such a different style streak for this tour (read: not in yet another black or neutral shapeless garment that made her look miserable and starving), we couldn't get enough of her beauty.

It's a thumbs up all round - and not a bare gam in sight.

Well, there's a first for everything.

On any other woman, it would've been overwhelming. On someone as effortlessly elegant as Jolie, it was stunning.

She graced the Paris premiere in a extraordinary white ombre Ralph & Russo single-sleeve column gown with dramatically oversized rosette detail, which provided an ultra-feminine and unexpected touch.

And how romantic was the soft twisting curl to her tumbling locks?

One of my all-time favourite and flawless Jolie looks.

This glittering gold beaded Jenny Packham long-sleeved V-neck wrap dress from the Berlin International Film Festival premiere also doesn't tick all the usual boxes.

It's figure-flattering for once, and is that animal print?! Talk about walking on the wild side.

In Croatia, she toned it down in a burnt orange silk mousseline draped and pleated long-sleeved gown from J. Mendel. Hey, at least she's in a colour.

Jolie wouldn't be Jolie if she didn't wear default black on the red carpet at leas! t once.< /p>

In Sarajevo, she was downright regal in a black Versace silk chiffon gown boasting a wide neckline and full skirt and with her hair tied up in a chignon.

It's not her most adventurous, but there's no denying she looks pretty darned amazing.
